Evan Barnet, CEO, manages the day-to-day growth of Barnet Associates mission. He leads the team and clients to merge AI and human collaboration for transformational growth. Previous experience includes being a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, back office operations for an international bank, and teaching new technology and business impacts. He has a BS in Economics from the US Naval Academy and an MBA from Santa Clara University with marketing and finance concentrations. His free time is spent enjoying sailing.

Interesting fact: He has formed the next project management framework expanding past Agile process - WOPR Whirlwind Object-Based Programming Results.

Pam Barnet

Chief API Officer (CAPI)

Pam Barnet serves as Chief API Officer (CAPO) and CIO at Barnet Associates LLC, where she leads the development of innovative automated solutions that bridge AI and human collaboration to drive client digital transformation and growth. With deep expertise in system integrations, implementations, and data architecture, Pam has established herself as a sought-after technology trainer and speaker, including presentations at Dreamforce. As both a developer and business owner, she brings a unique perspective to helping organizations navigate complex technology challenges and unlock new opportunities through strategic system design. When she's not architecting solutions for clients, Pam enjoys sailing, soaking up warm weather, and cheering on Navy football.

She brings the same precision, discipline, and artistry from the ballet studio to building innovative systems that drive digital transformation.

Scott Herbener
Scott Herbener

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Scott Herbener, COO, manages the day-to-day operations of Barnet Associates, maintaining project focus and client experience. He brings extensive Enterprise IT experience to the team, especially in complex application development. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Scott served in the Navy in Surface Warfare, specializing in combat systems and education. He has an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business. Scott enjoys cooking and travel.

Fun fact: Scott serves as President of his Naval Academy class and loves a good reunion.

Tony Dobson

Senior Integration Architect

Tony Dobson is a Senior Integration Architect with 10+ years of experience connecting diverse and disparate systems with robust solutions and 15+ years of people and development management experience. Tony has a BSc in Mathematics and Computing Science from Dalhousie University. In his spare time he enjoys yoga and walking his dogs.

Marc Fleuette

Senior Integration Engineer

Marc Fleuette, Senior Integration Engineer, develops creative solutions to move, transform, and integrate data. His goal is to apply scalable technology to leverage constrained resources. Previous experience includes being an internetworking specialist at IBM and a Certified Financial Planner at a major wealth management firm. He has a BS in Industrial Engineering, a BA History/English, both from Lehigh University, and an MBA from Columbia University. In his spare time, he is a sailor and certified ski instructor.

Interesting fact: Marc has done weeks of backcountry hiking in Yosemite, the Tetons, and the Grand Canyon.

Perry Munger, Next-Generation AI Engineer, works on future technology solutions as well as web systems technologies. Perry has been a computer enthusiast since grade school, earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southwestern Adventist University in 1999, and has been working in the industry in a variety of roles and technologies since. In his spare time, Perry enjoys studying a variety of subjects, including philosophy, economics, and history.

Interesting fact: Perry was born in Central Africa, in what is now known as the Democratic Republic of Congo.

He holds a B.A. in English from Loyola Marymount University.

She has been part of the team for the past year and has over 6 years of experience in executive and administrative support, partnering closely with leadership to keep operations running smoothly.

With a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Anthropology and a minor in Criminal Justice, Carrie approaches her work analytically and thoughtfully—anticipating needs, managing moving parts, and handling sensitive matters with discretion.

Fun fact: Outside of work, Carrie volunteers as a Delta Zeta Sorority advisor mentoring student leaders and helping build stronger alumnae connections across North Carolina.
